Addtobucket gives you a refund in the following policies:
1. Cancellation policy.
2. Returns & exchange policy.
3. Modification policy.
(All refund-related important details i.e. duration, method/mode of payment in the below-mentioned policies are underlined for better understanding.)
1.) Cancellation Policy:
Addtobucket has two cancellation policies.
Cancellation Policy 1. Addtobucket offers you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. For which you just need to email us a cancellation request with all purchase details for verification of your authenticity then after successful verification you will be approved for refund. We refund you the same amount to you on the same day of approval. But the transaction duration may vary depending on your mode/method of payment.
(After 24 hours of placing your orders this cancellation policy will not be eligible since it has been more than 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, your case will lie under the second cancellation policy which is mentioned below)
Cancellation Policy 2. In this policy, you can also cancel your product even after the shipping of your order. Since your order has been shipped this process of cancellation takes time.
Suppose you want to cancel your order but it has been shipped you just need to inform us through email with purchase detail.
The flow of the cancellation process. (Only for 2nd cancellation policy).
a. You need to email us with all valid purchase proof (bill/invoice) and a request for cancellation.
b. We will verify your request and invoice and mail you our shipping address on which you need to return the order.
c. In this policy, you need to wait until the order delivered to you and then you have to return the order to the given address (Only you will be responsible for the charges for shipping for the return.).
d. We will inspect and verify the product to its original condition including its original packaging after the product delivered to addtobucket.
e. After successful verification of the order. We will transfer you the same amount you paid to us for order the same day of approval of successful verification (Transaction duration depends on your original method/mode of the payment).
2.) Returns and exchange policy.
Once the product/item delivered, you have 10 days to return the product. ( After 10 days you will not be eligible for return )
Addtobucket's returns policy gives you the option to return/exchange an item purchased on Addtobucket for the following reasons within the specified return period.
Once you mail us we will ask you for the receipt of the return to check to genuine purchase and availability for return.
You have the following options for being eligible to return/exchange the item -
1. You didn't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
2. When you received the wrong or damaged item -
a. Send us some images of the damaged item.
3. When you received the defective item -
a. Send us a short video clip of the item.
We will review your provided information then reply you within 24-48 hours. Once you will eligible for the return/exchange then please mail us with the purchased details (bill/invoice) of the product and then
we will mail you our shipping address. (Only you will be responsible for the charges of shipping for return)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Once your request got approved for the refund (complete/partial) we will transfer the amount on the same day of approval.
Duration depends on the following point:
i. If your method of payment was PayPal then it will take 24 to 48 hours credit in your account.
ii. If your method of payment was from some bank credit card then it depends on their policy.
2. If you found your product damaged or something missing in the box as per the description.
please mail us your issue with the product bill/invoice. If you want to return/exchange the product you have to send us the return product and then we will process your complete refund credit (after approval). or you can keep the product as it is and will refund partially.
After approval of return product for a refund (complete/partial). The credits will transfer to your original method of payment or to your credit card.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Step 1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Step 2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Step 3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
send us an email at email@example.com and then we will mail you our shipping address
(Only you will be responsible for the shipping charges for return product).
as we received the return we will send you your desired exchanged item.
3.) Modification policy.
Addtobucket modification policy is very unique. this policy offers you to modify your cart even after placing the order. ( t&c apply)
because we understand our customer's needs and we love to serve our customers at its best.
Suppose, If you have placed 5 items but in case you change your mind and you wish to modify the number of items from 5 to 4 or 3.
Fortunately, you can do it only on addtobucket.
The amount of orders after modification (if applicable) will be transferred the same day of approval of your modification request regarding the order.
For modification request, you just need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all purchase detail (bill/invoice) and a modification detailed request. (like how many no. of items you wish to add or remove from your cart after placing the order)
Term and condition ( Only for modifications ) :
You can modify your cart but within 24 hours of placing the order
(after 24 hours of placing the order you will not be eligible to modify your cart).
