Return & Exchange Policy
Please review the following policies carefully.
ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE OPENED ON Addtobucket. OTHERWISE, Addtobucket WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY.
Addtobucket offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
FAKE DISPUTE: -
> IF ANY CUSTOMER OPENS A FAKE DISPUTE AGAINST addtobucket, Addtobucket HAS EVERY RIGHT TO COLLECT FINE (MONEY) FROM THE CUSTOMER FOR FALSE ACCUSATION AGAINST addtobucket.
> IF ANY CUSTOMER OPENS A DISPUTE AGAINST Addtobucket AND Addtobucket WINS THAT DISPUTE THEN Addtobucket HAS EVERY RIGHT TO COLLECT FINE AND CHARGES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO Addtobucket DUE TO CUSTOMER'S DISPUTE.
BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM Addtobucket, PLEASE READ ALL THE POLICIES CAREFULLY,
WHILE PURCHASING YOU HAVE TO TICK A BOX THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL THE TERM AND CONDITION POLICIES.
which means you acknowledge that "you are aware of customer acceptance policies and agree to its term and conditions."
Addtobucket will make an Exchange or the Return for any of the following cases:
1. Orders Delayed.
Order delayed due to lack of tracking information, in transit, pending, expired after 60 days counting from the date that order departed from the warehouse.
Addtobucket takes no responsibility for the shipping delay caused by the act of god and GOVT. restrictions, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
Following shipping methods may be different:
a. For orders shipped to the USA, it is after 45 days counting from the date that the order departed from the warehouse.
b. For some special shipping methods, addtobucket cannot deal with your disputes.

Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending
because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc.
It will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
2. Products Damaged.
Addtobucket offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
Refund will only be offered after verify the damaged product.
(Refund amount includes only product price, hence shipping price will not be returned or refund)
Addtobucket does not offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).
a. For fragile products, a refund will be offered. (Refund amount includes only product price, hence shipping price will not be returned or refund)
b. For damaged packing boxes, addtobucket cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
c. For ordinary products, you shall complain or open a dispute with you within 3 days after the package delivered.
d. For service products, addtobucket refunds you the cost of the products which is the price in China market.
3. Incorrect or Missing Products.
Addtobucket has a strict quality control process before products dispatched. Addtobucket will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, addtobucket offers a full refund or replacement.
(Refund amount includes only product price, hence shipping price will not be returned or refund, in case of Replacement/Exchange you are only responsible for the shipping fee.)
b. For products with the wrong colour, size which doesn`t affect product function, etc., addtobucket offers a partial refund.
c. For parts missing which doesn`t affect product function, addtobucket may* refund partially

2. Shipping Method Limits.
Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, States, or Cities. addtobucket lists those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any disputes when you choose those shipping methods for some countries, including:
PostNL, Turkey Post, Swiss Post, Electric PostNL to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Brazil, the overseas territories and overseas island areas.
For DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc. remote addresses will be charged additional cost.
Products can be returned to Addtobucket warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 1-2 months to arrive at Addtobucket Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way. You are only responsible for the return shipping fee and procedure.
